If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From heather, Age 14 Alright i did slightly bad today....but i have been trying hard but w/e...ok so today my meals were slightly atomic..starting with my huge brek..ok so i had---engligh muffin (whole wheat) w/ light peanut butter,organge juice,yoygurt (60 cals) and ceral w/ fruit...lol...lunch---pria bar (110 cals) whole wheat ham wrap stuffed w/ veggies,water, and cherries and watermellon. I also had 2 small round butterscooctchs...snack-10 baby carrots and 10 almonds--i dont no wut i am having for dinner....but im not having dessert...today i had track for a hour and the coach like killed us....and i am gonna drink 8 bottles of water how did u do? |
