So I was watching Oprah today =) and for a bit they did an interview with the lady who wrote the book "French Woman Don't Get Fat". And the book isn't a diet, because the French don't believe in dieting lol. But if you follow her tips you will live a healthier lifestyle, and a lady followed her advice and in 3 months she lost 20lbs. The French lady talked about how Americans eat and eat and want more and all they think about is food and calories, and yet Americans are the fattest in the world. Remember the French are people who have pastries and croissants, etc. The French lady said that when the French eat they eat for pleasure and in small portions. So if they want chocolate they will have some chocolate, just in small portions. And they focus on their eating, eating slowly and really tasting your food. They also usually put their fork down between bites, and don't snack very often, and they don't eat until they are stuffed. I hope this helps you guys, and so you know that you shouldn't just be losing weight you should be changing your lifestyle, and the whole way you eat (healthy, and sweets in moderation, without constant snacking), otherwise you could gain the weight back, and nobody wants that.
