Message Replying To From orcy, Age 17 hey lol i just realized i post like all the time lol..anyway, for excerise today i burned 200 cals. on the treadmill..which isnt really much..anyway, i heard you should burn about 200 a day if you want to mantain your weight. so i guess since i want to lose weight its still ok because i ate the amount to lose weight..right? |
