If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From orcy, Age 17 ok so for breakfast i had a yogurt and a kashi peanut butter bar..(its good for you..theres not much fat or anythihng)..then for lunch i had half a turkey sandwich a pria bar and some veggies and im gonna have some healthy snack...i may not have time to excerisce but i had gym.. |
