Message Replying To From orcy, Age 17 ok, so today for brekfast i had a kashi bar and yogurt (200 cals total) lunch: half a turkey sandwich, pria bar, broccoli (300 cals total) snack: 10 almonds (50 cals total)...and for dinner im having a mini bagel with cheese and a salad (300 calories total) and probably a skinny cow (140)...howd i do?? also im about to run on the treadmil for about an hour. |
