Message Replying To From kay, Age 14 Breakfast: oat bran topped with fruit (200 cals) Lunch: Tilapia fish + veggie stirfry (180 cals) and for dinner I'm thinking about a veggie burger, a salad, and some cottage cheese (250 cals). If I'm craving something after, I'll have a bowl of mixed fruit (100 cals). I did a 20 min tae bo workout as well. I'll probably exercise a little bit more later. How did i do? any suggestions? |
