If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From orcy, Age 17 ok, so i think i did ok today..for brek i had a kashi bar (170 cals) and a yogurt (70 cals.)..then for lunch i had half a tuna sandwich with no mayo (125 cals) some veggies (about 75 cals.) and quaker snacks (75 cals)..then for snack i had 1/2 cup of mixed berries..i no thats probably not enough so after i work out im gonna have another small snack so i dont have to little calories..does this sound ok? |
