hey guys! i forgot to say in my earlier post that i went to a nutrionists the other day and that girls from ages 10-16 should be having like 1600 cals a day (and that if you weigh around 135 you can eat 1725 w/o gaining)... and that instead of trying to cut your cals to 1200, its alot better to steadily decrease them. so lets say you're eating 1500 a day now, tomorrow try to eat 1450 --- point being that going down by small incramints is alot healthier than cutting down suddenly (it also helps you keep off the weight)... hope this helps
