hey guys, i fink iv did kinda ok 2day not my best though.... bfast=ready brek (i usually have porridge but i read the back of the boxes and ready brek is actually healthier-less fat and sugar and calories.) with half a spoon of sugar, lunch= tuna mayo roll and an ice pole, dinner= gammon steak, sweetcorn and oven chips. ive also drunk a ton of water but no exercise cos i aint had time cos i cant take part in P.E at school and i had a music lesson 2nite. i fink ive had a bit much 2day.. wat do use fink? plz reply x
