hmm..ok so i think i did ok today..for brek i had a kashi bar and a banana (approx. 275 calories) and for lunch i had half a tuna sandwich, a 100 cal. pack, and some carrots (approx. 275 calroeis) then for snack i had some baked tostitos with salsa (probably about 175 calories..which i no is slightly a lot)...yeah for dinner im having pizza, but im gonna limit myself to to peice and im gonna have a salad, so im assuming about 500 calories for that..is that ok?
