Message Replying To From orcy, Age 17 ok soo howd i do today B: kashi bar and banana (250 calories) L: 1/2 a tuna sandwich, 100 cal. pack, carrot sticks (275 calories) and for a snack i had cracklin oat bran cereal with no milk (1/2 a cup--150 calories)..yeah i no thats only a little bit of calories so maybe ill have some veggies later, then for dinner were having turkey burgers..so yupp..and i had gym today and i dont no what else im gonna do for excersice |
