TOday i weighe dmyself and im 170lbs.. whicdh means i have offically lost 15 pounds.. though to get to my goal weight of 115 on my birthday in oct i need to work harder.. SOcceer ended thsi week so i have a new plan for workign out.. im gogn runnign everday and doign my weight training from teh book *TONING FOR TEENS* im really excittied to lose the weight and be in a batrhign suit.. i have my brothers graduation next sunday that i want to lose at leat another 5 pounds for .. also i have been invited to two pool parities this Juen and i dont know if im goign to one of them casu eim think i woudl be to self concious cause everyoen esle is skinyn and im not.. so who knoes... but keep up the good work guys!!!
