Message Replying To From Sammy, Age 13 Hey guys. So how did i do today? Breakfast-Bowl of Special K and milk with banana (around 200 cals). Lunch-Turkey wrap with turkey, little bit of mayo, lettuce, and cheese, watermelon, and a slimfast snack bar. (Around 350 or 400 cals) Snack-Fruit salad mixed with some yogurt and water (100 cals). For dinner i'm gonna have grilled chicken and some veggies probably around 400 or 500 cals oh and a lot more water. Also i'll probably jog 1-2 miles today. So how did i do? |
