Hello all :D... sorry I haven't posted in a while how is ever ones diets going?, well so far im at 155 from 160 (5'6) but the scale always shoots up and down but i still cant get lower than 150 lbs... can any one give me tips that have worked for them; foods to eat, things to drink, tips of motivation? any thing would help, hehe ~*~Thx Charee~*~
