i just went on a trip to italy to visit mi familia and i lost 5 pounds in 10 days. YOu eat a lot but you walk everywhere. my family who lives over there are all skinny and i weigh 170 and am 5/4 tall. but i don't look as much as I weigh. As soon as i got back to the U.S, i gained it all back. Its just the way we live. It should be healthier and there should be no diets, but u should watch size and burn it all off. If it helps, walk to places like the grocery store. If you don't have one close to you, get some kind of food or drink you like, either an iced tea or some low-fat yogurt and walk on a tred mill or dance to songs like i do.
