Message Replying To From Sammy, Age 13 Hey guys. Well here it goes. Breakfast-Special K cereal with banana. Lunch-Slimfast bar, handfull of nuts, and half a sandwhich. Snack-Watermelon. For dinner i'm gonna have a small piece of grilled pork with asparagus and some more watermelon. Also i've had alot of water throughout the day. So how'd i do? Oh and i'm prolly gonna go out and jog 1 mile tonight (if it stops raining) |
