Message Replying To From Taylor, Age 15 What's up people? My goal is to run an eight minute mile. I have planned how I want to do this and have set aside time for exercise during the day. i can run a 9min, 6 sec mile now. Once I reach my goal, I might aim for a 7 min 30 sec mile. Who knows? BTW, I've decided that after two weeks of doing what I said I would, I will reward myself with a mani-pedi. I think we should all reward ourselves without food every week or two for doing what we said we would. It's total motivation. P.S. Ditch the scales, they are so 80's! AS LONG AS I DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, I WILL REACH MY GOAL Remember that, and you're good to go! |
