Alright well done w/my first day of my diet....tell me what you think....breakfast - half of an orange lunch - salad and 3 chicken bites (baked not fried) and half of orange snack - carrot sticks dinner - hamburger no bun, little bit of mashed potatos, salad and broccoli and i figure for desert i'll have some strawberries and coolwhip lite...so any suggestions on what to change. I've been trying to drink water too...so far i've had 32 ounces. I always do so well in the begining and then just one day just totally pig out...ugh i really can't do that this time
