oh my good ness i really got myself into a big pickle this time. Okay well theres this end of the year social coming up in like... 10 days yea, and i decided to loose atleast some weight that was like 2 weeks ago and like always ive some how blown it off until today when i started thinking of how i wanted to wear a cute skirt and a tank top. Now i really wanna CRASH DIET but i know its a bad idea... HELP PLEASE. Is there any thing to help tone arms and legs noticeably before then (sounds really stupid i know)
