Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Umm hi guys, I'm here to ask some advice to lose abit of weight for my friend, she's the kind that doesn't know how to work computers and go on the net so I'm here on her behalf. She knows she's abit plump, but I don't think she's overweight and we're not best friends or anything so it's really hard for me to tell her any advice 'cos she's really low on self-esteem. She's rather big on the abs and thighs, the rest of her is ok, so how do you get her to excercise and lose weight without telling her it's a diet or anything? Is there any way to have a person excericse, go on a diet without them knowing it?
