soo howd i do so far : breakfast- zone perfect bar/ 8oz of water :lunch-zone perfect bar/8oz of water then i had some grapes and for a snack im gonna have a 100 cal pack prolly adn some veggies. dinner: were going to have chicken and prolly corn and other veggies. by the end of the day ill have dranken 8 8oz bottles of water also.
