Message Replying To From Inez, Age 19 Ok well day 2 of the diet...this morning I woke up and did a 10 min ab routine..then for breakfast I had eggwhites, a piece of toast w/light margarine and some strawberries and blueberries, had an orange as a snack, then for lunch I had a chicken wrap w/squash, pepper sticks and a peach, then had a rice cake as a snack and for dinner had some grilled chicken w/mozzerella a salad and a sweet potato...so how'd I do?? I tried to take your advice ocry and eat more for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately though I didn't go to the gym...can anyone give any advice as to how to really motivate me to go there..once i'm there i'm fine its jsut going there after work i'm so tired!!! Thanks!!! = ) |
