inez, im writing this here because i don't no if you'll keep reading responses to your old post but i don't think your getting to many calories..calories are really hard to count and you should focus mainly on just eating healthy cuz its probably easier..also its good to not eat unless your stomach is growling but maybe not wait til growling, judge your hunger on a 1-10 and if its a 5-6 have a litle snack, and if its higher your obviouslyt starving so fill up on something healthy like veggies and whenever you fill hungry drink a lot of water because it will make you feel full and curb cravings.. aslo chewing gum can prevent you from eating and its boosts your metabolism a little to help you lose an additional 10ish lbs. a year!
