Message Replying To From Michelle, Age 14 Hi, Everyone, Ok, if you guys want to lose a size in 3-4 weeks, and get muscle, not like hulk muscle, but muscle toned body! Anyway try toning for teens its a book, you guys can buy it at barnes and noble, for about $15, and you have to buy thumbells buy 2,5,8 two of each, and the book gives you a diet you can follow and stuff! I've tried it and it worked for me i lost a size in 3 weeks, am still doing the work out, and i'll be thin by the end of summer, do the work out every day. The work out consists of one day you do biceps, triceps, back, chest and so on, and the next day you do abs, legs, thighs and so on...K hope I helped. |
