Hey guys..I just thought of a healthy snack alternative. Mini fruit cabobs. What you do is pick some berries (my favorites are raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries) and if they are a bigger fruit (like strawberries) then cut them up into cubes. Then you can place them on toothpicks and enjoy lol. Also, today I did great on my diet. Breakfast-Slimfast breakfast bar (i just eat them durin school days)Lunch-A few bites of fruit salad, carrots, one small pack of fat free fruit snacks and water. Snack-Yogurt and handfull of nuts. Dinner-Small piece of chicken, chicken salad (thats the only thing i think that i had that is bad cuz of the fat) and water. Normally I have more fruit and veggies but today i didn't get that hungry so oh well.
