Ok so day 3....I had such a bad day so I tried really hard all day not to eat just b/c i'm upset...anyways so lets see for breakfast i had my normal egg whites, 2 pieces of light toast w/light margarine and strawberries and blueberries then for a snack i had a plum, then lunch i had a bbq chicken wrap and squash, rice cakes and then for dinner caeser salad and a grilled chicken panini (the bread was pretty bad for me but i only ate 3/4 of it. Now i'll probably have some fruit for dessert. Ugh i'm kinda regretting the big dinner but still not bad considering the horrible day i had
