Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Alright, a few things here... First off, I'd like to know: After I get down to a weight I'm comfortable with, how do I maintain it? With my current eating and excersizing habits I am losing weight. Once I'm at my goal I don't want to keep losing...I want to maintain it. Secondly, I'm going to a few places this summer where temptation could be high. At the end of this month I am going to Las Vegas for a week. There's alot of buffet's we're going to! But, I think we're walking everywhere so thats alot of walking and burning of calories. Also, in August we are going on a cruise. If you've been on a cruise, you know about this...but if you havnt let me tell you...theres a ton of food available to you at any hour of the day. This might be rough. I'm doing pretty good lately. When I started my weight loss plan about a month and a half ago I was 5'7 and 166 lbs. I am now 5'7 1/2 and 147 lbs. So that's about a 20 pound difference in a month and a half. All I've been doing is watching what I eat, not overeating, drinking alot of water, not drinking any soda or eating any sweets and I have been more active. Hopefully I will reach my goal of 135 lbs. sometime soon! Good luck to everyone...
