Ok so was out late last night so couldn't post but here's how I did yesterday....breakfast was eggwhites and fruit lunch- turkey and cheese wrap with a salad and dinner was a chicken sandwhich and salad - snacks were fruit and rice cakes. Then I did the eliptical for 25min (300calories) and situps. Today I had a fruit salad with fiberone for breakfast, lunch was another turkey and cheese wrap and a salad as well as a fat free jello pudding snack and dinner will be a chicken wrap and a piece of fruit. Though I have classes late tonight so I can't work out. But how'd I do??? I know I so have to work out more times a week though!! I feel good when I get there just so hard to actually have hte motivation to go to the gym
