hello, this is my first time on this site, and i found out about it through a book called "The Diet for Teens Only." the book was written for teens telling them about calories and fat and all that stuff and included a 7 day diet designed for someone with your bodytype according to your bmi. and the best part is, its actually healthy for teens!!! i want to start it soon with my sister and i cant wait, if anyone checks out the book or has any advice, please post!!!
