Message Replying To From Lenna, Age 13 How does this sound?: breakfast-an apple with light n fit yogurt, snack- a bagel and a tiny yogurt smoothie (lol I love yogurt)lunch-a turkey sandwich with romaine lettuce substituting the bread, carrots, and chex mix 100 calorie pack, afternoon snack-gatorade and chocolate chip crisp 100 calorie pack. Is that okay? |
