Dear Miss K, Ally, emis, and samsie, They could be better than zone perfect bars because they are lower cals. but the zone bars have 15 vitamins and minerals!! I got them at target. they might have them at any health food store or grocerie store or where ever you got the zone bars!! samsie, that is so funny!! what is the language? i don't think it is greek because i speak greek so.. but not sure!! hope i help, love you guys, hugs, mia
