Its friday.. the weekends are hardest.. but i know everyone will do great.. I have had a pretty rough last 2 weeks.. but today i stopped everything..so i got back on track today. This morning i had whole wheat french toat with a banana and a little fat free sugar free syrup Lunch i had a 6 inch subway.. honey oat bread.. turkey breat lots and lots of veggies lil bit of cheese and mustard.. and now im drinking a jama juice for my snack .. its all fruit.. i also got a burner boost in it to help me burn some extra cals.. well hope everyone is doing good today and goodluck this weekend..<333
