Hey guys..well as you all know, it's summer time and really hot so i couldn't help myself today...you can guess the rest lol...neways, this is what i plan to eat tomorrow. Breakfast-One egg on nut/wheat toast, mixed blueberries and raspberries, and a cup of tea. Lunch-Turkey wrap w/ lettuce, turkey, cheese, and a slight amount of mayo. Snack-Fruit of some kind (depends on my mood). Dinner-Probably grilled chicken w/ some fresh veggies. I'll make sure i have lots of water throughout the day too...so how do you think i'll do if i follow that tomorrow?
