~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Whitney, Age 15

Well heres my story. This past year I hit my high of 190 lbs and I finally got my head in the game and lost bout 35 lbs and got down to 154.5. Well I felt really good and I guess you could say I took a break and well as of this morning I've gained 8.5 lbs back and now I'm technically out of my heights healthy weight range( I'm 5'8") and I think I've scared myself and I really wanna get back on track. My goal is to be bout 140 or lose bout 23 lbs by the time school starts which is in late August. I know I can do it. If theres neone that wants to get back on track with me or wants motivation or w/e leave me a message and we can e-mail back and forth if ya want. Well Stay Strong! *muahz* (p.s. I turn 16 in 9 days!)
