Message Replying To From D.L., Age 18 I've been overweight since the 4th grade. Since grade 10, I had stayed within the same weight range (230-240), but after going away to university, I gained over 15 pounds. I'm home now and I am trying to get back into the excersing routine. I try to do 1 hour on the ellpytical (sp?) each night, plus the 'Total Gym'. It's just hard sometimes because I have a bad habit on snacking and I am really trying to give that up. By September, I would love to have lost what I gained during first year and more. Anyone have any more tips on how to achieve that? |
