hey guys, i havent been in here for like a month! ok for those who dont know me im kristi i started my diet in feburary! but soon it got out of control and i started recording everything i eat! down to 1 little peanut, well a food diary is good just dont become obbsessed like i was, i had lovered my calorie intake to 1500 then a week later it was lowered to 1000 then got to a striking love of only 800 cals a day!! i did this for about 2 months and lost a total of 25 pounds! i did it so unhealthy, but i am happy to say i have gained 5 pounds back, im still not underweight and i would love to lose some more...but i cant diet because of what im afraid will happen again! so if all you or any of you have done what i have and u needa talk u can email me at strawberryhug89@yahoo.com my doc gave me an eating plan thing and tips if u would like to know it feel free to email me...well i wish everyone the best of luck!! and please do it the HEALTHY WAY!!!!!! ~kristi~
