Message Replying To From megan, Age 14 I figured out something to keep me on my diet! tell me what you think.. I bought a binder and inside i printed out a exercise a food journal type thing.. I am gonna start recording my exercise and all the food I eat, calories, carbs, fat.. ect.. And to keep my going if I do Good I get a star lol!! haha... It will work for me.. Also I bought slim fast bars.. they look really good.. ttyl megan |
