ok well i didnt do that wonderful today but here goes nothing....brek-whole grain ceral w/ 1/2 banana and some strawberries on top, 60 cal yougurt lunch-turkey sandwhich w/ a slice of cheese and tomato and lettuse, 1% milk (1 cup) and a small salad w. 1/4 of a packet of fat free ranch dressing.....snack-nectorine (like a peach) and one piece of whole wheat bread w/ light layer of peanut butter din din-97% lean hambuger (no bun) w/ a small potato and small salad w/ rasberry dressing and skim milk....Desert-chocolate soy ice cream (in a small bowl) lol...so i mean i didnt hav a terrifc day but i didnt do horrible...i streght trained for about 1/2 hour and drank lots of water...so i didnt do that bad did i?
