Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . So I haven't been on this site since last summer. And i find it really difficult to get motivated enough to exercise. For like two days in a row i went running. But once i stopped i couldn't get back in the zone to do so. I have pilates tapes and taebo tapes. which i usually just sit and watch..heh... instead of actually doing the exercises myself. So I was wondering if anyone had tips on getting motivated to do physical activities. I'm doing good on my diet. But I don't ever have energy to exercise. and obviously a smaller pant size isn't motivating enough. :[.. if you can help. it will truly be appreciated. thanks. :]
