hey guys, um today...lets see i went to weight lifting at um like 7 and did that for like 45 min... i think im goin go running now...2 miles but i dont like running alone so i might wait for my friend to get back from drivers ed then go running with her. um then theres a bunch of people comming over to go swimming and um i have basketball tonight too for breakfast i had a special k bar for lunch im goin to have a lean pocket for dinner i havent decided because ill be in a hurry but i might have like a turkey sandwhich and a salad. do u think thats ok for today? i did a pilates tape yesterday..for stomic, but it was really great...it may take longer then killin urself with like 300 crunches but trust me its so more relaxing and excerzises are easy and u can really feel ur abs tighting. well anywys...good luck everyone!
