Message Replying To From Crystal, Age 16 I came up with like a meal plan for me to eat tomorrow. (Breakfast)-1 banana, 1 slice of wheat bread w/ 1 tsp peanut butter (Lunch)-Alfredo pasta w/ green peas; one piece of mesquite chicken (Snack)-1 cup pineapple (Dinner)-w/e my mom makes but in small proportions (Snack)-carrot w/ ranch dressing What do you think? Good? Any improvements? I am gonna try to stay on this tomorrow. Thanks! |
