hello everyone, im starting to get realy depressed about not being able to run..i have been swimming alot and playing tennis and stuff but it just doesnt feel the same and its really getting me down i didnt go swimming today and i dont know why i just didnt feel like it but tomorrow i know for sure im going and to make up for what i didnt do this after noon ill practice extra hard at tennis but for good news i did great eatingwise well i just thought i would check in and if you have any input please post
