Ok todaii i have eaten Yougurt.. for breakfast Then i went for 1 hour of swim team then i had a bowl of plain noodles and light olive oil .. For a snack i had a dtring cheese and whole wheat penut butter and jelly.. I need to know wat else i should do>? I need so excerise i can do or somthing. I could always swim but swimming makes me tired and i usally end up getting out after 20 mins For dinner i have to go to a pizza buffet. ug.. wat should i do ? love always Amilia
