hey all! I have been on this site mucho, and I love it. I have come to a problem though. I used to weigh 199 and I got down to a 148 around August and I unfortuanetly gained back a couple pounds, but I have managed it. I was weighing 153 this whole school year. But I just weighed myself and it was 157!!! AHHHH. Now I know it was after eating today and being dressed, but it is still depressing. Last night I came home at around 10:30, form being out with friends, adn I went straight to bed so I wouldn't eat. But then around 1:30 I got up and noticed my sis was home and watching t.v., so of course I grabbed food and plowed away! What can I say I had some major munchies!!! I hate them! I really don't wanna screw off this summer and gain weight like I used to. I want to be 140 by the time school starts up again. I have no problem with diets and exercising, it's just the fact of staying on them and not screwing off on the weekends. I was thinking about the fruit and veggie diet but I am not sure.
