Guess what?!?! I have been running and walking for like three weeks (one walk and one run everyday) and my legs are starting to get muscular...they aren't as flabby as they used to be! And my tummy is flatter (although it still protrudes quite a bit) I haven't lost any weight for a while now, but muscle weighs more than fat and everyone is telling me I look better! :)
