okay this post is to hopefully help those that are just starting with a diet, the key to weight loss is walking, cause its easy and it works you whole body my mother lost 30 pounds in 1 month just from walking everyday she walks, and you dont get tired just keep walking dont stop she does up to 5 miles of walking each day its possiable and since most of you are on summer vacation then it should be easy walkin a mile is better then running one right so thats the secert to weight loss WALKING! so get up and start walking!
