Hi. Just a quick question...how long do you think it'll take to lose 21lbs if you eat 1000cals per day and exercise for half an hour three times a week? I think this is a safe way to diet but i dont want to be waiting for along time to lose the weight. All comments would be appreciated. Thnx ps: you can email me at laurynuzokwe@hotmail.co.uk
