Message Replying To From lauryn, Age 17 Hi. Today's been pretty bad because i am at college (i live in the uk) and we were all sat on the grass and like all my friends were rolling their tops up and wearing short little skirts cos its really hot and i felt like i couldnt do it without feeling self concious. I need to do something but i want to lose weight safely but quite quickly (roughly 3-4 lbs a week) I weigh 140lbs and if you want to see some pictures of me then go to www.faceparty.com/love_dis_laydee. The photos when i have got straight hair were taken about a year ago but the ones where i have curly hair were taken about 3 months ago. My mum is on weight watchers at the minute but it has took her 12 weeks to lose one stone and i think that is too long because i want to lose roughly 21lbs in about 6 weeks. I break up for the summer in three weeks and would like to see noticeable results by then. Please help if possible. i was thinking about limiting my calorie intake to 1200cals a day and doing half an hours exercise three times a week and toning exercise every night. Do you think i would get quick results with these?
