Hey guyz! i'm a girl and i'm 13 years old, i am 5'4" and i weigh exactly 145 lbs. It's the first day of my summer vacation and to be at a healthy weight i must weigh 134 lbs. and i have no idea how to do it so i need some help! i have cut down my calorie intake a jog a few times a week and i am losing about a pound every 2 weeks! is there anything else i can do to lose the rest of my weight by the end of summer? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
