I know some of you haven't read from me in a while. Im still complaining about losing weight and not doing it...well i take that back.I have been doing something about it. As you know its summer and once again I will be swimming everyday for about 5+ hours. The only thing that sucks, is when you go a long time in the pool like that and don't eat, not only do you get stomach cramps (and probably worse) and you get EXTRA hungry. It sucked b.c I'm tryin to do this thing where I only eat what a 7 year olds portions look like and im still not satisfied. But I figure, I WILL lose weight and i TRY (hint word try) not to eat more but ya know. Also, Doing the breast-stroke for an hour nonstop, you lose 800 calories..WOW!! i tried it..so effing tiring...LOL...any suggestions or other pool activities let me know. peace!!
